This means you get the most for your money as I can come prepared with a tailored programme for you. An hour is not long to cover such a large topic. So please try and be as honest and accurate with concerns/ challenges and questions as you can. We can focus on one element or we can do a whistle stop tour of all things menopause- you decide!
