Menopause Coaching: Your FAQs
What is menopause coaching?
Menopause coaching is a supportive process that helps you understand and manage the emotional, physical, and lifestyle changes of perimenopause and menopause. It's tailored to your needs, helping you feel empowered, informed, and confident.
How can menopause coaching help me?
Coaching gives you practical tools, emotional support, and personalised guidance to navigate symptoms, make informed choices, and feel more in control of your wellbeing during menopause.
Who can benefit from menopause coaching and education?
Coaching and education aren't just for people going through menopause. Partners, family members, friends, and even managers can benefit by learning how to support those experiencing it. I offer inclusive programmes to raise awareness and understanding for everyone involved.
What do you cover in coaching?
We explore your symptoms, lifestyle, emotions, hormone changes, and mindset. We’ll work together on things like sleep, energy, confidence, relationships, and managing change; all at your pace.
How long is each coaching or education session?
Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your package. My premium sessions can last up to 90 minutes, offering more time for deep support and reflection.
Do you offer online coaching sessions?
Yes. I offer sessions both online and in person locally in Bournemouth and Christchurch, making it easy to access support wherever you are.
What types of menopause workshops do you offer?
I run workplace sessions, community talks, and wellbeing workshops - all designed to be inclusive, educational, and empowering. Topics include symptom awareness, confidence, hormone health, and practical support.
