Service Description

This 16 week approach will provide education, support, mentoring and coaching to navigate and empower you through the perimenopause. We will start with a hour online meeting to really understand your needs and challenges. I will then create a package for a further 16 weeks meeting online, (or at the beach if you are local to Bournemouth) for continued support through the journey. I suggest a discovery call before committing to this premium plan to ensure we can help you in the best way possible.
